Exchange Policy (7 Days Only)
We offer exchange only within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items cannot be refunded for cash or original payment method
Items can only be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value
If the new item has a higher price, the price difference must be paid by the customer
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:
Be requested within 7 days of receiving the order
Be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories
Show no signs of use, wear, installation, or damage
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Used or installed bicycles, parts, or accessories
Custom-built or special-order bicycles
Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents
Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
A defective product, or
An incorrect item different from your order
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Once verified, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
Provide your order number and reason for exchange
Wait for approval before sending the item back
Ship the item in its original condition and packaging
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
Professional Bikes & Safety Disclaimer
Due to the nature of professional road and mountain bikes, any bicycle that has been:
Ridden
Assembled
Modified
Cannot be exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect confirmed by our team.
